Download the registration form here. Return the completed form (with payment) to CHT. When your form and payment are processed, you will receive an e-mail that explains how to access your course.

How do I order textbooks?
You have 2 options:

What happens when I complete this course?
If you pass the course with 75% or better, you will receive an NITC registration form. Return this completed form to NITC and you will receive an emailed registration/schedule form from ACT Test Centers to take your final exam.

General Information Certification Course: for Architects, Engineers or Hospital Supervisors interested in the requirements, laws, codes, rules and general product technologies and terminologies pertaining to Medical Gas Systems or Vacuum Systems
 
ASSE 6010
Installer Certification Course: for someone that routinely performs (or could be required to perform) any type of installation on a Medical Piped Gas or Vacuum System
 
ASSE 6040
Maintenance Certification Course: for someone that routinely performs (or could be required to perform) any type of maintenance/repair on a Piped Medical Gas or Vacuum System
