You have demonstrated professionalism and demonstrated that we made the right choice in selecting CHT for our Medical Gas Inspections and support. This past April we at the University Of Rochester Medical Center were in the process of soliciting new vendors in order to support our annual Medical Gas Inspections. We met and spoke with several vendors during the process. We selected CHT (Compliant Healthcare Technologies). We felt that they met all of our requirements. Jason DiMarco and his staff were personable, displayed initiative, demonstrated technical expertise and offered a tracking program that exceeded our expectations. The bar coding system, the ability for easy searches, the information formats and the critical equipment and parts listings attached to each site have proven to be a real upgrade to our system. Jason and his team spent the time working with us to tailor the online program and were very knowledgeable in answering questions, assisted in Identifying critical spare parts making the parts available as we need them. The maintenance of this facility is a challenge and with the addition of CHT we are more confident than ever that we will continue to improve our processes in providing the highest quality of service to our customers. The Medical Center is about 2 ½ million square feet. The Strong Hospital has over 800 beds with an Ambulatory Care Center and full service Cancer Center. We have over 7,500 Medical Gas terminals along with several Medical Air and Vacuum compressors and dryers. Sincerely, |
