Mr. Lisec and Mr. Hoyes:

I just wanted to share with you what a wonderful experience I had with  your company.  You have a gentlemen by the name of Ty Munn who works for you and he made a call to me last week.  Ty was a very pleasant person to talk with.  While speaking with him, he shared with me what his company could provide my hospital and put me at ease due to the knowledge that he was expressing.  His voice was kind and not overbearing, which most sales people are, he was different which kept my attention and I continued to hear what he had to say. 

While talking with him I asked if he know anything about telemetry monitors and how they all work.  It was at this point that he went beyond the call of duty.  Ty didn’t know me at all, only from making the initial call but, took the interest in helping me solve a problem that I was really unhappy with and created a great outcome for our facility.  He worked with our Bio-Med Tech Les Grice to truly understand what it was we were looking for from an install upgrade for our telemetry patients.  Ty worked with the company to get the necessary pricing for us without giving our facility up until we made the decision to move forward.  During this investigation he kept me informed and abreast of what was taking place.

I will also have to say that our Bio-Med Tech, Les Grice was impressed with Ty as well.  I guess what I am saying is that most people don't take the time to help others, only themselves but, not in this case.  If your company gives "Kudos" or "Pickles" he deserves one.  I will have to say this is the fist time that I have ever written to a company to express how pleased I was and the kindness that was shown and the compassion to help me out when he really didn't have to. 

All in all, I will be sharing this story with my three other sister hospitals, and other health care facilities as well.  I have been in the medical for twenty plus years and have many friends outside of our system and will let them know of the great company that you have, can provide great service and team members who really can make a difference.
